Why Didn't My Order Come Together In One Package?
We ship your orders from warehouses in different parts of the world (US, Canada, China and Singapore) as our inventory is distributed across multiple fulfillment centers globally. This is so that you can receive your order faster, but it also means that items in your order may be shipping individually. Don't panic if you didn't receive all the items in a single package. Do reach out to us if you do not receive all your purchased items within 8 weeks and we will look into it.

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes only 7-14 business days for shipping to the US and 12-35 business days for international shipping, depending on your location. Please note that delivery time may be affected by holidays and peak season. **Kindly refer to the product page for the latest estimated shipping time.

How Do I Track My Package?
We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-7 days after being updated. Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try again 1-4 days later.
Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?
Your shipment may be delayed for different reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. severe weather conditions and custom checks.

Customs Charges
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker attached to the outside of your package when shipped. We will mark the package as a gift to our customers. HOWEVER, duties and taxes may be calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. This is beyond our control. As such, please be aware of the taxes and any other related charges that your country chooses to impose on the import.
