Millekids.com has a 30-day refund policy (from the day of delivery) for all orders placed through millekids.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us at support@millekids.com for return instructions, printing of the return label by you and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are new or slightly used. A restocking fee of US$5 applies. Items are to be sent to 11923 NE Sumner St, STE 925052, Portland, Oregon, 97250, USA. Once verified, millekids.com will refund the amount paid for the item and delivery. The refund processing time may take up to 21 days, depending on the payment processor.
How do I change information on my order after it has been placed?
